Online Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, full price clothing items and shoes may be returned for STORE CREDIT. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items, long and short formal dresses, personalized or monogrammed items, special orders, jewelry, accessories, home items, Stoney Clover, or gift cards. We only accept returns on full price ready-to-wear clothing and shoes. [This does not apply to gifts purchased through our Bridal Registry portal. Brides can return gifts and receive store credit. Brides, see our Bridal Registry return policy on your registry welcome email.] All eligible returns must be post marked and on their way back to us within 7 days of the date you received your item(s). Items must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags attached. We will provide you with a return label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit & original shipping charges are not refunded. Once we receive the item(s) back we will issue your store credit in the form of a gift card. You will receive your gift card via email or text message depending on what contact information you provided with your original order. In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you will get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order on our website using your store credit. All store credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost on their journey back to us. 

To initiate your return please follow the instructions on the packing slip included in your package.

The above return policy is for online orders placed on bellegboutique.com that are shipped to the customer. For online orders on bellegboutique.com that are for in store pickup or items purchased in store, please see our in store purchase return policy.

Online orders placed for in store pick up are eligible for return for store credit within 3 days of the date of purchase, not date picked up. Orders placed for in store pick up are held for 90 DAYS and will be donated after the 90 day window if they are not picked up. What if I paid with Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to our standard Return Policy shown above of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

If you have returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your ShopPay installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an Store Credit for the full amount of the item(s) being returned (minus any shipping charges).

Is everything you have on your website in stock in the store?

With the exception of Jon Hart, personalized / monogrammed items, and select table top items yes, everything that is on our website is in stock and ready to ship!

Is everything you have in store also on your website?

A large portion of our inventory is on our website, and we are continuously working towards getting everything on the website. However right now not everything we have in our store is shop-able on our website, so if you are local we would love for you to come in and shop with us!
